Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and triage Splunk ITSI alerts.
Manage incidents, changes, and service requests in ServiceNow.
Support Akamai configurations, redirects, and cache management.
Handle AEM publishing, replication, and restoration activities.
Create and maintain Ansible automation templates.
Perform AWS S3 operational support and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and SLA adherence.

Location: Bangalore
