Shift In-Charge (Carbon Black Plant)
Lead and supervise overall shift operations of the Carbon Black Plant.
Monitor reactor operations, DCS, pelletizing, and material handling.
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum process efficiency.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
Supervise shift manpower, work allocation, and discipline.
Troubleshoot process abnormalities and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
Maintain shift logs, production reports, and operational records.
Coordinate with Quality, Utility, and Stores for smooth plant operations.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and statutory compliance during the shift.

Preferred candidate profile




Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
515 years of experience in Carbon Black, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Continuous Process Industries.
Hands-on experience in reactor operations, DCS, pelletizing, and shift management.
Solid knowledge of process safety, SOPs, troubleshooting, and manpower handling.
Willing to work in rotational shifts at a manufacturing plant.
