Framesglobal Infra Services Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating interior fit-out or interior projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, site teams, and management while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Solid presentation and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive coordination and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of electrical works and MEP coordination.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients,



vendors, contractors, and site engineers.
Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
Prepare project presentations, BOQs, and progress reports.
Support the project team in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Ensure proper documentation using MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Assist in resolving project-related issues and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in interior fit-out or commercial construction projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
