Roles and Responsibilities
Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for CCTV installation, access control system implementation, biometric integration, and electronic security solutions.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and resolve problems related to fire alarm systems (FAS), intruder alarm systems (IAS), public address systems (PAS), building management systems (BMS).
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for all project deliverables.
Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
