About the Role

To strengthen our Finance & Accounts function, we are seeking an accomplished finance qualified with deep expertise in manufacturing accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and business finance. This is a leadership prospect for an individual who combines technical excellence with commercial acumen and a proven record of long-term organizational commitment.

Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Accounts.
Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Oversee manufacturing accounting,



inventory accounting, costing, WIP, and finished goods valuation.
Prepare MIS, budget variance analysis, profitability reports, and management dashboards.
Ensure Income Tax and GST compliance.
Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and Cost Audit.
Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting governance.
Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
Drive ERP-based accounting process improvements.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) OR
Master of Commerce (M. Com) from a recognized university.

Required Skills
Minimum 1520 years of relevant experience.
Age: 4045 years.
Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company.
Preferred industries: Steel, Metals, Cement, Engineering, Heavy Manufacturing, Process Industries, Building Materials.

Mandatory Career Stability: Applicants must have a minimum continuous tenure of 4–5 y
