Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager with 10 to 12 years of hands-on sales experience in the Wires & Fans segments. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding dealer/distributor networks, managing channel sales, and driving market penetration within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess deep channel relationships, proven team leadership skills, and a solid understanding of electrical retail and project markets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Wires and Fans.
Drive top-line growth through proactive channel expansion and key account management.
Identify and capitalize on untapped market opportunities in both retail (B2C) and project/institutional (B2B) channels.
Appoint, manage, and nurture a robust network of distributors,



primary dealers, and retailers.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain robust partner relationships and ensure product availability across the territory.
Implement trade schemes, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs tailored for dealers, electricians, and contractors.
Build robust relationships with key decision-makers, including electrical contractors, builders, consultants, and electricians.
Organize electrician meets, dealer meets, and technical awareness sessions to boost brand recall and pull demand.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Executives / Territory Officers to achieve field execution excellence.
Manage territory inventory levels, primary and secondary sales tracking, and ensure timely payment collections/receivables management.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to senior leadership.
