Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with solid expertise in Google Ads to drive high-performing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, technically proficient, and passionate about delivering measurable business growth.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Optimize bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages for better performance.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.




Keep up with Google Ads updates and industry best practices.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking.
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Google Ads Certification preferred.
