Job Description:
Job Purpose

To execute, monitor, and coordinate electrical activities related to greenfield/brownfield cement plant projects, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance, quality standards, and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Execute electrical project activities for installation and commissioning of cement plant equipment.
Supervise erection, testing, and commissioning of:
HT/LT Switchgear
Transformers
Motors and MCCs
VFDs and Soft Starters
Power Distribution Systems
DG Sets
Lighting Systems
Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems
Review electrical drawings, SLDs, cable schedules, layouts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with mechanical, civil,



instrumentation, and contractor teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Conduct inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting during installation and commissioning.
Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Support energy-productive electrical system design and implementation.
Participate in trial runs, plant start-up, and performance testing.
