Salary: Rs 4.2 lakhs per annum (in hand)

Location: Wakad-Hinjewadi

Shift time: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role & responsibilities
Lead team of counsellors.
Manage and regularly update leads across CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to ensure accurate and organized data tracking.
Monitor daily inquiries, follow-ups, and communication to prevent any lead leakage and maintain consistent engagement.
WhatsApp marketing and Email Marketing
Proactively connect with prospective leads through calls, messages, and emails to drive higher conversion rates.
Plan and execute follow-up strategies to increase enrolment through timely, personalized communication.
Collaborate closely with marketing and counselling teams to streamline lead flow and optimize conversion performance.

Preferred candidate profile
Understanding of Marketing and Sales
Work experience preferred.
