Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive technical support by monitoring and coordinating all ongoing residential projects from the Corporate Office. The role is responsible for reviewing project progress, construction quality, planning, cost, contractor performance, technical documentation, and ensuring timely execution of projects through effective coordination with Project Heads and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Monitoring & Coordination
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Follow up on pending action items and ensure timely closure.
Planning & MIS Reporting
Review project schedules prepared in MS Project or Primavera.
Prepare project dashboards and management reports covering:
Physical progress




Budget utilization
Cost variance
Contractor performance
Material status
Quality observations
Safety compliance
Present project updates to the Management.
Technical Review
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings submitted by consultants.
Monitor implementation of design revisions and approved technical changes.
Evaluate technical proposals, value engineering suggestions, and construction methodologies.
Project Review Meetings
Organize and attend project review meetings chaired by the Management.
Prepare agendas, technical presentations, and Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
Track action points and follow up with respective departments for timely completion.
Site Visits & Inspections
Conduct periodic site visits to review construction quality, progress, safety, and project status.
Prepare inspection reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations.
