As we continue to expand our India Staffing business, we are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who can build strategic client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid background in India IT Staffing to lead new client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with MSPs, VMS programs, Direct Clients, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales lifecycle from prospecting and client engagement to contract closure and account growth.
Key Responsibilities




Identify and acquire recent business opportunities through MSPs, VMS programs, Direct Clients, and GCCs.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Own the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, MSA execution, vendor onboarding, and account activation.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, vendor managers, and key decision-makers.
¢ Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
¢ Drive account expansion through repeat business, cross-selling, and strategic account management.
