Role:

This is a supporting and enabling role in the Director (Generation)s office. The candidate will support the Director (Generation) of the company in matters of day-to-day operations including coordination, analysis, internal and external communications, strategy, commercial, technical etc; properly understand company business and commercial aspects; prepare presentations / notes / write-ups / approval notes etc. for higher management on business, commercial, planning, and strategic matters. Candidate would be required to grasp different subjects and dynamics of the different aspects/matter which would come up daily, gather and understand related information, think through, shape proper plan/approach/notes, and present the same in proper form/structure/manner.

Key responsibilities shall include:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Conduct research and analysis, including market trends, competitor analysis,



and regulatory developments.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to the management.
Assist in the development of strategic plans, including recent business initiatives, and market expansion strategies.
Prepare presentations, briefings, and notes for senior management.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization (e.g., Finance, Operations, Business Development etc.).

Success Measures in the role include - Consistently high-quality, accurate and well-structured briefs/notes/presentations completed within timelines; Robust ability to handle multiple concurrent requests, prioritize, and close loops with stakeholders; Sound judgment, discretion/confidentiality, and qualified communication standards.
