With a solid focus on ownership, speed, and measurable outcomes, the team partners closely with leadership across functions to build scalable, data-driven solutions.
What you will do:
Lead end-to-end analytical projects across business verticals, from problem structuring and deep-dive analysis to solution design and production deployment with explicit business impact
Embed AI tools across the analytical workflow, including data exploration, modelling, insight generation, and stakeholder communication to improve speed and quality of delivery




Identify opportunities to automate and enhance analytical processes using AI-driven solutions, reducing manual effort and improving scalability
Build robust and scalable analytical frameworks across areas such as inventory optimisation, pricing sensitivity, retention, growth, and financial insights
Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and deliver actionable, data-backed insights
Communicate insights effectively to senior leadership by translating complex analytics into explicit, concise, and actionable narratives
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority through strong stakeholder management and data storytelling
Mentor and guide junior analysts on technical capabilities and AI-first ways of working, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
What we are looking for:
8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in a high-growth consumer tech, e-commerce, or similar environ
