Role & Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise-grade Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) environments across on-prem and hybrid infrastructures.
Deploy, configure, and patch OS-level services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SSH, and system-level security controls.
Automate server provisioning, backup strategies, and configuration management using PowerShell, Bash, and tools like Ansible or Puppet.
Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to align server architecture with CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
Respond to critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce MTTR and ensure SLA compliance.
Document system configurations, change logs,



and operational runbooks to ensure audit readiness and team scalability.
