What You'll Do

Lead Business Growth
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve admissions and

revenue targets.
Identify recent market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
Drive initiatives that strengthen Techolas' presence across Kerala and beyond.

Inspire & Manage Teams
Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and sales team to consistently achieve high

performance.
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor team productivity and implement strategies to maximize conversions.

Build Solid Relationships
Develop lasting relationships with prospective students, parents, corporate clients, and

industry partners.
Guide students in choosing the right technology programs aligned with their career

aspirations.
Represent Techolas at industry events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings.

Optimize Performance
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decisions.




Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline effectively.
Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for leadership.

Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with marketing, operations, and training teams to enhance student experience

and conversion rates.
Contribute ideas that improve processes, customer engagement, and overall business

performance.

Who We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, Admissions, or EdTech

Sales.
Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
Fluent in Malayalam with good English communication skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace.
