About the Role

Flicka Cosmetics is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Executive who can create visually appealing designs and engaging video content for digital platforms. This is a hybrid creative role that requires hands-on experience in both graphic design and video editing.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
Create product creatives for website, marketplaces, and marketing campaigns.
Design packaging mockups, brochures, flyers, and branding materials.
Develop campaign creatives aligned with the brand identity.
Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the company's branding guidelines.

Video Editing
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.




Create engaging promotional videos, product videos, influencer collaboration edits, and advertisements.
Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging videos suitable for digital platforms.
Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

Collaboration
Coordinate with the Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content, and E-commerce teams.
Understand campaign objectives and convert ideas into compelling visual content.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and video editing styles.
Manage multiple creative projects while meeting timelines.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Positive knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects
Familiarity with Canva and Figma is an added advantage.
