Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery plans.
Establish project governance structures and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.
Monitor project health, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Manage project financials, utilization, forecasting, and resource planning.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build solid client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
Facilitate discovery workshops, solution discussions, project reviews, and steering committee meetings.
Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively handle escalations when required.
Provide regular status reporting, project updates, and executive-level communication.





Agile & Delivery Management
Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
Ensure business requirements are translated into actionable delivery plans.
Track sprint progress, release readiness, and overall delivery performance.

Team Leadership & Resource Management
Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams consisting of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA specialists.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Manage resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
Identify team risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints and implement mitigation plans.
