Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through cutting-edge solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

This position is an exciting chance to work with Minimed’s Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold prospect to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity,



we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Operational (Day-to-Day)
Process intercompany invoices and manage end-to-end IC accounting in SAP
Perform IC matching and reconciliation; investigate and resolve mismatches and disputes
Support netting and settlement processes and prepare IC balance confirmations
Post transfer-pricing and recharge transactions in accordance with company policies
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end IC close activities and elimination readiness
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS)
Liaise with regional finance teams and business units to resolve IC discrepancies
Prepare and review intercompany reports, providing variance analysis and insights to management
