Position Summary

The Automation Project Specialist supports technology and business projects across the Automation Team, keeping work organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This role suits a recent college graduate or early-career professional building experience in project coordination, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Automation Project Specialist coordinates meetings, tracks action items, maintains project documentation, supports stakeholder communication, and assists the director with day-to-day execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support execution of technology and operational automation projects.
Schedule and organize meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items.




Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
Help ensure projects stay aligned with deadlines and business priorities.
Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Prepare project status reports and presentation materials.
Monitor project tasks and follow up with team members on outstanding items.
Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Assist with testing coordination, rollout activities, and implementation support.
Maintain accuracy and organization across project tracking tools and systems.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred Business, Information Systems, Technology, Management, Communications, or related field.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
