Must Have
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations / P&C; Operations.
Prior experience in a GCC or Shared Services environment.
Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, employee changes, exits).Experience with HRIS administration; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
Knowledge of payroll and perks administration.
Understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI.

Valuable to have
Experience managing induction, internship,



or apprentice programs.Knowledge of background verification processes and vendor management.
Experience in people analytics and HR reporting.
Exposure to budget tracking, accrual management, and invoice processing.
Experience documenting SOPs and driving process standardization.
