Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of experience in US staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT specialists for clients across the US.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:
6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with US staffing processes and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
