Drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and account retention.
Track account performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Required Skills
Experience in IT Staffing Account Management.
Strong client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Positive understanding of Permanent and Contract Staffing.
Proficiency in ATS/CRM and MS Excel.
