Role Overview

We are looking for a CMF Sr. Applicator responsible for the hands-on execution of finish trials and prototypes, translating CMF design intent into physical, testable outcomes

Key Responsibilities
Finish Application
Execute high-quality surface finishes using paints, primers, putty, patina chemicals, stains, washes, liquid and powder coatings, and chemical etching techniques.
Apply finishes on standard, specialty, and experimental metals and alloys to meet CMF design specifications.
Advanced Finishing
Support finish development and validation using automated, semi-automated, and robotic coating systems.




Conduct finish trials and prototype applications to achieve desired aesthetic and performance outcomes.
Equipment, Safety & Quality
Operate and maintain spray guns, finishing tools, and application equipment.
Ensure protected handling and storage of paints, chemicals, and finishing materials.
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the finishing process.
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with the Product Design & Solutions, CMF, and Quality teams during finish development, trials, and validations.
Provide technical support for prototype reviews and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Formal educational qualification is not mandatory.
Hands-on expertise in architectural, industrial, or metal finishing is preferred over academic credentials.
