Job Summary

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, engaging, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets, improve customer relationships, and drive business growth. The role involves coaching team members, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Monitor individual and team performance using KPIs.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Resolve customer complaints and support the team in closing deals.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.
3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
