Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Explain product varieties, ingredients, and special offers.
Recommend products based on customer preferences.
Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Pack sweets and gift boxes neatly according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales counter.
Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low inventory.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.
Follow food safety, hygiene,



and company policies.
Assist in opening and closing store activities.

Required Qualifications
SSLC/PUC or any equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in retail, food, or counter sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.

Positive communication in Kannada (English/Hindi is an added advantage)
Sales and upselling ability
Cash handling and billing accuracy
Teamwork and time management
Positive attitude and grooming

Working Hours
Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
One weekly off as per company policy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
