Quality Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities (Sheet Metal)
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of sheet metal components.
Read engineering drawings and inspect using measuring instruments.
Ensure quality during cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes.
Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality records and support internal quality audits.
Coordinate with production to improve quality and reduce rework.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. / Production
1–3 years of experience in sheet metal quality.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and measuring instruments.
Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
