To ensure the availability of teaching content and resources
Planning the course of action as per the content road map in advance.
Planning and preparing Mock-Test assessment papers.

Main duties and responsibilities
Conducting classroom sessions of every nature.
Identifying weak students to plan and execute the course of action for skill development.
Assessment of LRW sheets of/for senior batches
Suggesting changes or amendments in Content and WFM.
Training and counseling trainers to ensure the uniformity in content and delivery.
Conducting Day-Off sessions.
Responsible for retention of Non-qualifiers and Drop-outs
Meeting students and guardians for performance discussion.




Planning and preparing module specific reference material for students.

Miscellaneous
Mentoring newly hired trainers during and after OJT.
Assisting in all the aspects of content based audits.
Maintaining the decorum and conduct inside the premises.
Ensuring the maintenance and record keeping of student’s exam feedback.
Maintaining and presenting the Day End Report to the immediate supervisor.
Assisting in the promotional activities and conducting off-site sessions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
