About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic
IT Faculty member
to deliver high-quality teaching in Information Technology subjects. The ideal candidate combines robust technical expertise with effective classroom management and a genuine interest in mentoring students. The role involves teaching both theory and practical courses, developing academic materials, conducting assessments, and contributing to the department's broader academic activities.

Qualifications
M.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology), MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent
Ph.D. preferred

Experience
2–5 years of teaching experience in a college, institute, or university
Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference

Programming Principles & Algorithm

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom lectures and practical laboratory sessions
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, question papers, and evaluation schemes
Guide students in academic projects, seminars, internships, and technical competitions
Conduct internal assessments and examinations, and maintain accurate academic records
Support curriculum development and departmental academic initiatives
Organize workshops, coding competitions, technical seminars, and industrial visits
Stay current with emerging technologies and up-to-date pedagogical practices
Participate in faculty development programs (FDPs), research activities, and institutional initiatives
Maintain academic discipline and foster an effective, engaging learning environment
