Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Microservices.
Write optimized T-SQL queries and stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server.
Architect and design scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems.
Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Review code and ensure adherence to best practices in design, development, and documentation.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical leadership and support.
Evaluate and adopt recent tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve team productivity.
Ensure quality and performance of applications through testing, performance tuning, and monitoring.
Participate in Agile development practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+years of qualified software development experience.
Robust expertise in:
.NET Framework / .NET Core




ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC, Web API)
WinForms (Desktop Application Development)
C# and React OR Angular
MSSQL (Advanced querying, optimization, stored procedures)
Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and architectural principles.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex systems from scratch.
Experience mentoring and coaching software engineers.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains.

Nice to Have (Preferred):
Experience with React/Node has weightage.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
