Thambis Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role focused on promoting our study abroad and overseas education services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry and be confident in developing institutional partnerships and generating quality student leads.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to promote our study abroad programs.
Generate qualified student leads through field marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and business partners.
Organize and coordinate seminars, education fairs, and promotional campaigns.
Represent the company at educational events and student outreach programs.
Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure timely follow-up of generated leads.
Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate records.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry (Mandatory).
Experience in field marketing, student recruitment, or business development within an overseas education consultancy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
