Responsibilities
Recruitment hire new clients
Assign tasks + check work quality
Train recent staff on processes & safety
Coach team and give quick feedback
Handle escalations from staff/customers
Report issues + team performance to supervisor
Cover scheduling gaps & breaks
You keep the floor running, team guided, and problems solved.
Qualification
Intermediate & above can apply
Good communication skills
Only freshers candidates can apply
