As we continue to expand our digital and ecommerce presence, we are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Executive who understands D2C business, ecommerce operations, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and strategic partnerships.

Job Description
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage Meta Ads, optimize clicks, conversions, and campaign performance to achieve business goals.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Monitor attribution, analytics, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Generate, manage,



and nurture leads through CRM and digital marketing channels.
Develop and execute D2C and eCommerce growth strategies to increase customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Expertise in Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), event tracking, and attribution.
Experience in lead generation, lead management, CRM, and sales funnel optimization.
Robust understanding of D2C, eCommerce, and performance marketing strategies.
