Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Recruiter
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role requires solid communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to meet hiring targets across multiple positions and industries.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Candidate Screening
Review and shortlist resumes.
Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, attitude, and job fit.
Prepare candidate assessment reports.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview rounds and candidate communication.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.
Keep recruitment records updated in the ATS/HRMS.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employer Branding
Publish job openings on recruitment portals and social media.
Create attractive job advertisements.
