Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement and onboarding. It is an excellent chance for students and fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.




Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BSC Psychology, or related field).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
