Reports To: Clinic Manager / Senior Doctor

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-focused BDS Doctor to join our Pediatric Dental Clinic. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing high-quality preventive and restorative dental care in a child-friendly setting.

Key Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.
Perform routine dental procedures, including:
Oral examinations
Dental fillings
Scaling and polishing
Fluoride application
Pit and fissure sealants
Simple extractions
Preventive and restorative treatments
Assist the Pediatric Dentist in advanced dental procedures when required.
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, diet counseling, and preventive dental care.




Manage child behavior using appropriate communication and behavior management techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up schedules.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
Handle dental emergencies involving pediatric patients.
Build a positive and comfortable experience for children during dental visits.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the State Dental Council/Dental Council of India.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in pediatric dentistry or assisting a Pedodontist will be an added advantage.
