About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated General Manager – HR & Operations to lead our HR and operational functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent decision-making skills, and the capability to efficiently manage the company's overall workflow and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the overall workflow and business operations of the company.
Lead and supervise the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business objectives.
Coordinate with leadership to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
Manage employee performance, engagement, and workforce planning.




Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in HR & Operations management.
Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Smart, confident, and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven experience in handling end-to-end business operations.
