As we scale, we're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to own how we engage, nurture, and retain our users across every stage of their journey.

What You'll Own
Own the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and product communications.
Build and optimize automated user journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back.
Segment users and personalize communication based on behavior, interests, and lifecycle stage.
Partner with Growth, Product, Content, Design, and Data teams to launch high-impact campaigns.
Track campaign performance through metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Retention, and Revenue.




Run continuous A/B tests to improve messaging, subject lines, creatives, and customer journeys.
Ensure CRM becomes a key growth lever rather than just a communication channel.
Mentor and guide junior team members while establishing best practices for CRM operations.

We're Looking for Someone Who
Has 3–6 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
Has hands-on experience with platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
Understands customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing deeply.
Can independently build, execute, and optimize campaigns using data.
Is comfortable working with marketing analytics and experimentation.
Writes compelling customer communication that drives engagement.
Thrives in a quick-paced, high-ownership workplace.
