Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy
Identify, develop, and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
Generate leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, events)
Explore current markets, verticals, and global prospects

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers




Understand client requirements and align them with IT service offerings

Sales & Revenue Ownership
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial models
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

Strategic Thinking & Leadership
Act as a key contributor in shaping sales strategies and go-to-market plans
Mentor junior business development team members
Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams for seamless execution

Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Provide insights to improve service offerings and positioning
