Key Responsibilities
Content Production: Produce and coordinate TV, radio, or OTT/digital news and programs.
Studio Operations: Oversee live studio panels, equipment flows, and transmission logs.
Quality Control: Check audio and video formats to meet media industry rules.
Scheduling: Manage ad operations, content trafficking, and daily airtime lineups.
Team Coordination: Work with writers, technical crews, and editors to meet strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or PG diploma in Mass Communication, Media Studies, TV/Radio Production, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of working background in a TV channel, radio station, or digital media organization.
Skills: Solid knowledge of broadcast systems, valuable communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure live environments.
