Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, general administration, and day-to-day facility requirements at our manufacturing unit.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, offer letters, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain employee files, attendance, leave, overtime, shift, and manpower records.
Coordinate monthly payroll, including salary inputs, deductions, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, PF, and ESIC.
Handle joining, confirmation, appraisal, resignation, clearance, and full-and-final settlement processes.
Prepare appointment, increment, warning, experience, and relieving letters.
Address employee grievances and maintain discipline across the organisation.
Monitor absenteeism, employee turnover, manpower requirements,



and workplace conduct.
Coordinate training, employee engagement, performance reviews, and welfare activities.
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, organisational charts, and HR MIS.
Support statutory and customer audits by maintaining proper HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, skilled tax, minimum wages, and factory requirements.

Administration
Manage housekeeping, security, uniforms, employee transport, and workplace hygiene.
Monitor office and factory infrastructure, including electricity, water, internet, air-conditioning, and general maintenance.
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and service providers.
Manage administrative vendors and negotiate contracts, rates, and service terms.
Maintain records of AMC agreements, licences, insurance policies, permits, renewals, and statutory documents.
