Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
Handle day-to-day L1 support tickets and assist users in resolving technical issues.
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and VPN troubleshooting under senior guidance.
Assist in antivirus updates, system patching, and IT asset maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and support activities.
Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and printers.
Positive communication and learning attitude.

Freshers or candidates with 3+ years of experience can apply

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
