Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead with 3+ years of hands-on experience in optimizing websites for search engines. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes
Optimize website structure, crawlability, and indexability
Work on Core Web Vitals, page speed, and performance improvements
Identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, and ranking
Implement schema markup and structured data
Conduct website migrations and handle redirects (301, 302)




Collaborate with developers to implement SEO recommendations
Analyze log files and monitor search engine behavior
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Use SEO tools to track performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Technical SEO
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
Client Handling
Team handling
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic level required)
Experience with website audits and SEO tools
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and site speed optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international SEO projects
Knowledge of log file analysis
Experience with large-scale websites or eCommerce SEO
