Manager - Export Sales & Business Development

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales qualified to drive international business for Cyanide. The role focuses on global business development, key account management, export operations, regulatory compliance, and achieving sales growth.

Key responsibilities:
Export strategy & planning: Develop and execute annual and multi-year export plans, pricing strategies, and territory assignments for cyanide and cyanohydrin product lines.
Business development: Identify, qualify, and onboard current distributors and direct customers in targeted geographies (mining, electroplating, organic intermediates, etc.).
Key account management: Manage and grow strategic international accounts, negotiate long-term contracts, and retain business through proactive relationship management.
Sales operations: Prepare export quotations, lead time commitments, and commercial terms; coordinate orders, credit terms, and collections with finance.
Regulatory & compliance: Ensure all exports comply with chemical export controls,



MSDS/transport documentation, hazardous goods regulations (IMDG/ADR), and any dualuse / export licensing requirements.
Supply chain coordination: Work with production, quality, packing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate packing, labeling, testing certificates, and timely shipment.
Pricing & margin management: Set target pricing, monitor margins, and implement price adjustments to maintain profitability while remaining competitive.
Market intelligence & reporting: Monitor competitor activity, raw material/pricing trends, and customer requirements; provide monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the Marketing Head.
Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate with R&D;/technical services to support product specifications, sampling, and technical queries; support audits and customer visits.

Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of export compliance, hazardous chemical handling, IMDG/A
