Bachelors degree or equivalent skilled experience.
3–5 years of experience in Trade Support, Settlements, or Middle Office (Equities or Fixed Income).
Strong understanding of Equity and Fixed Income securities, settlement conventions, and market practices. — MUST.
Deep hands-on expertise in Fixed Income/Equities trade confirmation, pre-matching, settlement processing, and fails management.
Strong working knowledge of DTCC CTM and ALERT
Experience working directly with custodian banks and agent banks.
Knowledge of BRS Aladdin — PLUS.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with trading desks and senior stakeholders.
Ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and propose cutting-edge solutions.
Ability to operate independently in a quick-paced, global / night-shift operating model.
