Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide programs and projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working within Agile and Scrum environments, a solid understanding of Azure DevOps and Jira, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for an emerging project or program management professional looking to grow within a energetic and rapid-paced enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Coordination
Support the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of enterprise programs and initiatives.
Assist Program Managers in managing project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.




Facilitate project governance activities and maintain project documentation.

Agile Delivery Management
Support Agile teams in the adoption and execution of Scrum and Agile best practices.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Monitor sprint progress and track delivery metrics.
Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.

Azure DevOps & Jira Administration
Maintain project boards, work items, epics, features, stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps and Jira.
Generate and distribute project dashboards and progress reports.
Ensure accurate tracking of project status, dependencies, issues, and risks.
Support workflow configuration and process improvements within project management tools.

Stakeholder Management
Prepare status updates, presentations, and executive summaries.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
Escalate risks
