Salary: ₹2.5–3.0 LPA + Attractive Uncapped Monthly Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Sell Life, Health & General Insurance products.
Generate leads through calls and referrals.
Explain policy features and assist customers.
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Update customer details in the CRM.
Skills Required:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Bengali, Hindi, or English communication preferred.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
