Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic Junior Sales Staff to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain store standards in our fashion retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
Achieve individual sales targets.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
Handle billing and POS transactions.
Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in retail sales (fashion retail preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Willing to work weekends and retail shifts.
