We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior BIW Fixture Design Engineers to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality Body-in-White (BIW) fixtures that support precision manufacturing in the automotive industry. Responsiblities:
Designing and developing an independent BIW welding fixtures, Grippers, and assembly tools based on requirements
Createing 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed documentation using CATIA V5 software
Ensure fixtures meet quality and ergonomic standards by applying 321 principle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Simulation, & Manufacturing.




Creating standard parts in the fixture and selecting right purchase parts for the requirements and conduct feasibility studies and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Maintain proper documentation like Clamp validation, Slide validation, Pay load and Dump. and adhere to project timelines.
Proficiency in CAD tools such as CATIA, NX, or Fides.
