The incumbent will be responsible for building and executing hiring strategies across key technology domains.

The role requires a proven track record of managing high-performing recruitment teams, influencing senior stakeholders, leveraging market intelligence, and delivering exceptional talent outcomes in a competitive technology hiring landscape.

Technology Talent Acquisition Leadership
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for technology functions.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top technology talent.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche and critical technology skill sets.
Serve as a subject matter expert on technology talent trends,



market intelligence, competitor activity, and emerging skills.

Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
Set recruitment goals, monitor team performance, and drive accountability against hiring targets and service levels.
Coach team members on advanced sourcing, stakeholder management, talent assessment, and candidate engagement practices.
Champion continuous improvement and capability-building initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

Strategic Business Partnership
Partner closely with Technology Leaders to understand workforce requirements and translate them into scalable hiring plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
