Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while delivering an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and provide friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company standards.
Interact with guests professionally and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
Ensure accurate measuring, mixing, and presentation of beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
Monitor bar inventory and inform the manager about stock shortages.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately, if required.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.




Assist in opening and closing bar duties.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or lounge.
Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
